Zak - Hey Zak, thanks for watching. I'm not sure why I ended up with the chin hairs first. I had a few hairs there always that I previously tweezed, but yeah it came in before everything else. I shaved it for awhile and then just let them grown long. I use beard oil everyday on areas that I want facial hair. Not sure if it really helps that much, but I use it daily. As far as gaining muscle mass (and maybe even facial hair)... nutrition is key. You need to eat to grow and recover muscles. I have some blog posts up on how to nail down a nutrition plan with your macros (www.riverrunswild.com go to the "Grow" section). Key to lifting for mass is to stress the muscles. This requires lifting to a point that pushes your strength to it's limits. I have workout plans on my blog too, maybe take a look and try out one of those plans. Lastly, make sure your levels of T are high enough for your body. Ask your doctor if you are in a safe enough range to go up if you desire more changes. Otherwise, it just requires patience... we all change in different ways at at different paces. Feel free to message me with anything else!
