Hi mam I watch ur videos and they r so very practical . My baby is 6 months 15 days so I have started BLW but my baby wants whatever is in my plate Like she wants chappati in her hand n even she eats in she presses it with gums for a long time n then she swallows it .... I wanted to ask if it's ok if my baby eats chappati and bhakri ??? And how much if she eats then it's ok ...means quantity.. And she demands such foods what should I do Eagerly waiting for reply

Hi dear, earlier even I was facing this problem but I have started adding jeera powder, hing, curry leaves, ginger , garlic in food to add flavour. Even you can try this

My baby has just crossed 10 months. Dry fruit only after 10 months and only in powder form. Use one dry fruit powder at a time for checking nut allergies. This is what my pediatrician told me.

Not necessarily. Each child achieves milestones at different speed so don't stress . Let them take their own time
