Is the rectangle pan good for casseroles and lasagna?

We have never used it for casseroles or lasagnas as we tend to prefer the stone wear. Stoneware (or cast iron) is not as reactive and so retains heat better. We also use metal serving spatulas for things like lasagna. That said, it would work well, its just not our go to.

There is no kit that includes it. They may announce something March 1st, but as of now, nothinf has been announced

Congrats on your little one! I love that 9x13 pans! I made a real cheesy potato casserole in there. Nothing stuck. So easy to clean. And everything cooked evenly.

the insulated bowl...near the 2minute 50 second mark on the video, you say keeps it warm for 4 hours...the catalog says 2 hours...which one is true?

Pampered Chef advertises 2 and that is officially what you should consider when buying it. The 4 hour number came from a director that tested it with a thermometer and the lid on and she observed effective heat retention for 4 hours. I dont know what the ambient temperature in the room during the test was.

Congratulations! That was a good suggestion for the secret center cake pan, to use it for a gender reveal. If you choose to do that here, I'd be interested to see it.

Love your vlogs. I love the x large insulated Pan. I am a huge fan. It really does keep everything warm. Wish they had handles sometimes. Congratulations on the Baby Announcement, how exciting. I think the gender reveal would be so special. Best wishes and Prayers
