For beginners it would be better trying to learn how to pronouce correctly. If to pronounce "โกรธ (Grohd)" without "ร"(โกด) the meanings may be different. There are other 2 words (โกศ and โกฏิ ) that have the same pronunciation as โกรธ without "ร" but spelling and meanings are different .
