Are there natural medicines that you can use to upgrade your brain? Steve Jobs wrote his final essay on the six best doctors in the world: sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise, and diet. These six resources offer accessible ways to be healthy. And no matter where you are in the world, they’re available and free.
In today’s episode, I want to go one level deeper. I’m going to talk about six natural medications to help ease stress and overwhelm whenever they hit. Just like the six best doctors, these medications are everywhere, and they don’t cost anything. They only require your time.
Our modern world can create a reliance on technology and artificial answers. But sometimes the best solution is the simplest one. If you’re looking for powerful and effective ways to unlock greater levels of intelligence, income, and impact, this episode is for you.

Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

I woke up this morning and was looking for some information and this video popped up. So very timely as my mom of 85 yrs yng had a stroke 7 days ago. What a horrific roller-coaster as her caregiver. This is so "at the right time" for me and so beyound appropriate. Im so thankful to you for this video, the information and all your podcasts. I can now for the next 21 days of in-patient rehab, work everyday on this with her and myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you! And today IS Thanksgiving! Great information!

Hi , I try to be positive about things in life. Had stroke and brain bleed. Eat as balanced meals as possible except lunch- had to learn a lot to re-start where I left off. Thinking, talking , walking, and using the left side of body( leg, arm , as well as the brain -and all of that sucks and was an eye opener, I didn’t want to be in the hospital. But nobody has that choice as we all know )Anyway just trying not to be a burden , and looking forward to getting better every day . I can walk- not as far as used to ,but far enough and try to do the thing used to do as before, just not as fast , or not as good. Also learned to be more patient with myself , and let things go . Anger is just not a good color for me . Thank you for sharing your video, you are a very kind and caring person. Thank you and take care . 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️👍👍👍💖💖💖💖

Thank you! Always good to listen to all essentials again. Living them changes a lot. First thing in the morning I am making my bed, drinking 0,5 L of fresh water, then I am meditating for 30 - 40 min, reading one short chapter in my latest book, doing a little sport activity and then walking with my dog. After a good breakfast I feel leveled up! I do this since nearly 3 years now. It has changed my life and it still does. Thank you for spreading all this wonderful knowledge! I really appreciate and honor it. Sending my deepest and best wishes. Much love 💚

Thank you for being so informative and sharing your knowledge. I am constantly trying my best to be consistent with training myself to be better. Barely getting past 1% of my goals for each day. I am always anxious and lack sleep. But I am very thankful to the Lord for my life. Thank you and Godbless!

Thank you Kwik for this very informative and interesting video. The things you discussed remind me of something I read in the Bible...at Proverbs 14:30 it said "A calm heart gives life to the body".....

These days both young and old are so addicted to smartphone, it's much healthier and fulfilling not to mix with people. The nature is the best friend. It doesn't argue with you, either. Peaceful.
