Awesome collection Latha avare . I want to know if nellijayi pickle is always made by boiling it ? Almost all the recipes in youtube follows the same process . I like nellikayi to be crunchy , can we not make it with raw nellikayi , without boiling or steaming it ?

Thank you so much. Generally it is boiled. However I have tried it without boiling (mango pickle recipe) and the pickle turned out good.
