All of these quick and easy DIY’s are absolutely incredible! What fun! I definitely want to make a few! My fave, however, was the stars! I just loved the texture of all the different materials you used and then…..adding in the DT pan for even more texture and then….making them all 3D and then….combining them into a display…. FABULOUS!!! 😍Hugsies!!!

Aren’t you patriotical today? Ann of Green Gables would be so proud. Those aluminum trays are a hidden gem. I have the Cricket with the crank used for embossing and die cutting: the aluminum works there too. The stars look great. I lived in Texas for a long time and it was normal to see the five pointed star. The alleged reason for five points is: a good Texan has the characteristics of broad mindedness, loyalty, prudence, fortitude, and righteousness. In West Virginia, where I now live, the stars I see seem to confuse everyone. I keep asking for the reason behind them and all I hear is “I dunno.”
