Nashville hot's main ingredient is oil, its just spices and hot oil. I'm never terribly impressed with it anywhere.

I love KFC but I get hot flashes after eating their chicken. Nashville Hot is literally spices in oil. Agree... pickles are a must with it. Ranch helps too 😊 Georgia Gold is better 😎👍

You made me want to try these. I usually stick with extra crispy chicken breast and their slaw on a cheat day. But, I love their chicken pot pie too- it’s not worth the fat & carbs as small as they are though.

Carolina Gold usually refers to a mustard-based barbecue sauce. It is the absolute bomb! Nine times out of ten, I would say it's far superior to ketchup-based. 😋
