As someone that’s lived in a home with textured walls and ceiling’s for over a decade I don’t recommend this at all. They’re a bitch to clean and repaint because the paint doesn’t go on evenly. Plus it’s expensive as hell to remove if you’re remodeling to sell.

My thoughts exactly! Very expensive to remodel when you decide to change. And now you can get textured wallpapers that you can paint and are much easier to remove!

I think if people love it, it’s worth having, people will just have to be responsible for learning how to clean themselves. If they move out, typically someone should let the new owners know about the walls, and help them fix the walls if they don’t want textured walls. Cleaning or remodelling doesn’t seem like anything that should deter anyone who loves them, knowledge would be key if they love the walls that much. Otherwise, if one doesn’t care to do the work, then not getting them would better.

The first one was such a rollercoaster to me. 00:34 "Urgh, I hate this kind of wall." (We had this kind of pointy wall at school and leaning against it wasn't pleasant) 0:50 "Oh~ Nevermind, I like this." 02:00 "Meh, not really into the color combination, but it's fine." 02:20 "Where is this going???" 02:40 "Aw hell YEAH!"

I know it’s all a question of tastes and styles but some people in the comments just can’t envision different designs choices. I mean just imagine the wall on 9:07 with a blue couch, a round mirror just above and black furniture on a big sophisticated living room!! Gorgeous.
