Thank you for posting these, they are incredibly helpful! That said: I don't like that you called out to ladies for having to use muscle when grinding the leaves. We get enough flack in the lab as it is being surrounded by men and comments like these certainly don't help. It is sufficient to say that it takes significant effort. I typically wouldn't say something about this, but your videos set an example for students.

If you set the plate on a warm, not hot, hotplate and spot it there, the solvent evaps more rapidly and the spot spreads out less, allowing you to place additional spots.
