Try to solve these 6 quick riddles to see whether you would stay alive in some dangerous situations.
Unfortunately, only a few of us know exactly what to do in life-threatening situations. And that's a bummer because knowing how to react if your parachute doesn’t open or a big ferocious dog is about to attack you may save your life one day.
That's why we’ve decided to check your instincts and survival skills by putting together a short test to see whether you would stay alive in some dangerous situations. Let's just hope you'll never face them in real life!

SUMMARY
#1. There's a big brown bear just ahead of you. What do you do?
#2. You're outside during a tornado, and there’s no shelter in sight. What’s your course of action?
#3. Remember that big ferocious dog I mentioned earlier? Well, it’s standing right in front of you, eyes locked on yours. What would you do?
#4. You’re swimming in the sea and suddenly realize that there's a shark coming right at you. What’s the plan?
#5. What should you do if you’re skydiving from a plane, you’re falling to the ground, you pull your parachute (ripcord), and it doesn’t open?
#6. You’re stranded in the desert. What’s it gonna be?
Bonus question: A wild tribe of some sort is about to kill you. The leader lets you say your final words. If you tell the truth, they’ll burn you at the stake. If you lie, they’ll shoot you. How can you outsmart the tribe and survive?

If you actually played Dead (like popular myth) it would most likely eat you because it can feel your heart beat and it can hear your breath. Your best bet would be to aim for the leg fire your weapon and run.

Paratrooper here...... although you are correct about the reserve, you spent most of the explanation bouncing between HALO (skydiving) and Parachuting. These are two completely different things accounting for elevation, method of exit, volume of exit, free fall period, time before chute deployment, and the type of chute. In either situation, the chute is capable of "safely" landing two individuals to the ground. However, grabbing someone while in free fall during parachuting would only be possible if a collision caused an entanglement that led to malfunction. I enjoyed the riddle, and I know I am nitpicking, but provided that you almost died four times while exiting an aircraft the lack of consistent information was hard to follow.

I got chased by a dog once because I was teasing the way it barked. I dunno why... And it chased me into my neighbor's private driveway. I somehow managed to run back to my garage and close it. That's probably the faster running I ever did in my life...

Deserts are WAY colder at night. You need some thick clothes to survive the desert at night because it drops past 0˚C.

For the last one, I just decided that I would stay quiet. I wouldn’t be telling the truth or lying because I wouldn’t talk. But if they forced me to talk, I’d just lie to them so they would shoot me since it’s an easier death than being burned.

They do have guns, according to the question. Also, death isn’t just death. Would you rather die by being put into a coffin and slowly lose oxygen for the next 3 hours as you slowly suffocate, or would you rather die in your sleep at an old age? See, death isn’t just death. There are painful ways to die, and there are “easy” ways to die.

You actually are supposed to scratch/ poke the sharks eyes, and aim for the gills because that is where it’s most venerable. You won’t be powerful enough to punch it in the nose in water. That is just a myth

heres my knowledge on this subject for one always carry a special kind of magnet they will not mess with you to begin with and 2 they use bioelectricity for sensing and right around the nose is that sensitive sensing area so when you hit it it don't have to be that hard really and all this does is messes them up

Don't ever play dead in front of a brown bear I can't stress this enough the lie down and play dead is for the much smaller black bears, if you did that in front of a brown bear get ready to be dinner. What you have to do is stay relaxed and slowly back away to a safe distance brown bears attack easy prey as long as you look like you would put up a fight and move away from it slowly to not threaten it you can make it out alive

I got all of them with the exception of the tornado one. I live in the UK, and we just don't get tornadoes. I picked the car. I still think it would be devastatingly unlucky if the tornado happened to hit you with a house or another car.

I was actually in the situation with a ferocious dog. My neighbors dog had rabies and I was walking down the street when it chased me. I just ran down the street as fast as I could, and I outrun it... the crazy German Shepard gave up on me and directed it's attention to some guy working on his lawn. The guy stood still and stayed calm, like the supposed answer, and he got bit. He needed 20 shots!! So basically, it really depends on what kind of dog you encounter. ->5:05

You’re right. I was also walking down street at night so i can go home then suddenly a dog was barking on me so i stood still and keep calm . I jump in shock when it was about to bite 😨 now i am scared that time so what i do is run as fast as i could and go to other direction not looking back. The street where i was walking was the shortcut to my house....(sorry for my bad english ✌🏼)

I came across a pitbull one morning walking down my street, it came running towards me and I yelled "hey!" and it kept barking aggressively while it was like 2 feet away from me. I just stood there with the flashlight on the phone pointing at him. It eventually left even though it kept turning around and barking at me.

for all those people who will experience a shark attack and be brave enough to punch it in the nose, don't! The man who came up with that observation actually punched the attacking shark in its eye, and mistakenly reported that he hit its nose. Punching a shark in its nose is not far-fetched, but still a myth!

They actually teach the punching in the nose thing in the military. Seals have to do a 2mile swim through shark infested water. You're told to go for its nose if you encounter one. The reason the nose hurts so much for sharks is they have the electric impulse sensors on its nose. Its eyes are actually sort of protected by a lens

with the bear, I would lower onto my hands and knees. Bears show aggressiveness by standing on their hind legs, and might mistaken standing on two feet for this position. Then I'd slowly back away, making sure to not look the animal directly in the eye.

So, I'm gonna have to call you out on that shark one. This isn't the right answer. You want to get to the sides if at all possible and if it attacks aim for the gills instead. In water, you're not going to get enough speed/force to hit the nose to get it to stop, where as ever a bit of pressure on the gills or even the eyes have a better chance of scaring it off.

Question, I been in 3rd serio once against a wild dog. I raised my deep scary voice and then took it by it’s ear dragging it to the ground. This made the dog i was phasing hooling for help and after i lost my grip (not my voice) the dog ran away wth its tail beneth its legs. Did I fail the test even if I succefully handle the situation before?

Halo Knight .. That aint working. Raising yew your legs to their face is the same thing as giving them a stick, they will grab it instantly. While if you take your hand on their ear, they cant reach it + your loud voice will make them want to go back, but they can’t. if you have the time to kick a dog before it bites you, it will charge directly at you as soon as they stabilize themselves.
