हर रोज़ सुबह कौन सी सब्ज़ी बनाए टिफिन के लिए ? यही टेंशन हर घर में होता है....मैंने इस वीडियो में ६ अलग- अलग तरीके की टिफ़िन वाली सब्ज़ी की रेसिपी बताई है जिसे आप फटाफट बना सकते है और इसका स्वाद भी आपको बहुत पसंद आएगा...अगर ये वीडियो पसंद आए तो लाइक और शेयर जरूर..मुझे ख़ुशी होगी :)
Quick Paneer sabzi:
Paneer -100 gm
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Schezwan chutney -1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Besan ShimlaMirch:
Shimlamirch/capsicum(chopped)- 2
Gram flour (besan)- 1/3 cup
Fennel seeds(saunf) - 1/3 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
Dry mango powder (aamchur) -1/2 tsp
Cooking oil -3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Jeera Aloo:
Aloo (chopped)-2
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Crispy Bhindi Fry:
Bhindi/okra - 250 gm
Onion-1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Dry mango powder -1/3 tsp
Aloo Gobi Matar:
Gobi- 1 cup
Aloo-1
Green peas -1/4 cup
Onion-1
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
salt to taste
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Aloo Methi:
Aloo- 2
methi leaves -2 cup
Onion- 1 large
Tomato-1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
