#6 Spring Cleaning & Decorating I Scandinavian Home & Design I Slow Living in Sweden

Hello everyone and a warm welcome to our silent vlog. Today we share our slow day of spring cleaning and decorating in our living room. With small, simple means, you can bring spring into the interior, and I'll show you how I usually do it. Also come with us to the market garden where I buy spring flowers that will spread spring feelings in our home. In the greenhouse I plant the flowers in pots and bowls. I also bake super delicious gluten and sugar free chocolate peanut balls that we enjoy with a cup of tea.
Recipe for 8 Crispy peanut balls with chocolate:
2 Rice cakes
2 Tablespoons of honey
½ dl vanilla protein powder (or ½ dl almond flour)
1 dl peanut butter
½ dl coarsely chopped peanuts
1 tsp vanilla powder
a little salt
Dark sugar-free chocolate (if you want them completely sugar-free)
A little flake salt
Some finely chopped peanuts
Crumble two rice cakes and add vanilla protein powder (can be omitted see recipe), honey, peanut butter, a little salt, coarsely chopped peanuts and vanilla powder.
Stir well and put the mixture in the fridge for half an hour.
Melt dark, sugar-free chocolate and roll balls from the batter.
Dip the balls in the chocolate and sprinkle over finely chopped salted peanuts and a little flake salt.
Place the balls in the fridge to set.
Enjoy the balls with a cup of tea or coffee.

I will try the peanut chocolate balls, thank you for recipe, I've been busy today dodging the rain, my husband has built a raised wooden planter so that I can grow veg and salad in and now its my turn to paint and add some decorative bits and bobs. I've just planted some rhubarb and the sweetpeas and dahlia seeds I sowed 2 weeks ago have germinated and produced small seedlings looking for forward to watching your garden awaken xx

Även då vi bor i sekelskifteshus där det kanske skulle passa bättre med lite mer antika saker så älskar jag att inreda med Svenskt tenn och lite mer modernt tidlösa inredningsdetaljer :). Jag tror minsann att vi får ta husbilen och hälsa på i svarta huset i sommar!! KRAM
