I'm excited about Airbnb for my converted garage, I just need to make sure that I set realistic expectations and that was an excellent point that you made, my guests might forgive the neighbors dogs barking as long as I let them know beforehand, that way anyone that really hates barking dogs won't stay at my place

@Tuatha de Danann, I met a guy who helped me get started and personally handheld me throughout the process of getting my first Airbnb generating income property in just a few weeks. Check-out his YT channel "Jim G Coaching Club" his vids go deep. He knows Airbnb like the back of his hand and because of the niche his in, he is getting booking like crazy. This guy can help you.

What is your advise on very remote homes, nowhere near a city? Do you think people would still want to stay there? I'm nervous of investing money and then never getting any bookings :(

Photography is no longer free. I paid $135.00 through AirBnB for a photographer who posted some faded washed out pictures that I refuse to use on my site. Note: There is no refund or retakes.😾

150$? Lolol your crazy. Pay photographers what they deserve and stop being cheap. It should be minimum of 400$ for photoshoot.

Editing tip: put some light music in the background. By not having it, makes the audience lose interest.

@@biggerpockets no music it is a distraction, we are here to learn not to listen to stupid music in the background. I hate background music always too loud
