1. Join a Brokerage - what’s the fees? Do your research? What do they offer? Shadow someone? 2. Sign up with local association? What are the fees? 3. Activate Ekey w Supra? Or what’s here in MA 4. Get familiar with contacts? Purchase agreement, listing, pull up most frequently used ones 5. Attend any trainings from MLS or my association.

Hey as far as shopping around, how do you apply or brokerage? Or do you have to be employed to start selling

So the way that it works is that you can just look up companies and talk to them and see what they offer you as an agent to join their company. Once you find one that you like, then you sign the paperwork to join their brokerage. Hope that helps!

I left exp and went to Real Broker. Any videos where I mention exp were filmed before I made the switch ☺️

I’m glad you mentioned Real I just found out about them and just passed my test for CA and Nevada but I was struggling choosing Exp or Real as I’m brand new and think I won’t get any instruction… what’s your experience when you started? Any instruction at all with cloud brokerages?
