I feel you about that breakdown! I usually have one of those after a date because then I realize that I’ll never be cis and it will never be “normal”

Hi man I think your chest looks fantastic and I’m sure any of that swelling will go down in time - just remember to ‘trust the process’, the same way we all do with testosterone :) I completely related when u said about feeling shitty about being trans suddenly, because even with t and surgery, we’re never going to be a completely normal Male, and the realisation of that takes a lot of time to accept. I’m on t but probably won’t be having top surgery for many years because I cannot justify paying 6500 right now to take out a teaspoon of fat when I can get it free on the nhs. Sucks waiting and I’m so jealous of you but seeing chests like this make me feel so hopeful. Lots of love

This is really similar to my experiences post-op. Your chest looks so great. People being open about their difficulties in being trans is hugely helpful when I feel like there is no one around me who understands my struggles. It helps to know that at least a few people on the internet are having a hard time with the same things.

Idk man, it looks absolutely perfect to me. Especially the side you are worried about. You're going to have pecks, you are an active, muscular person. Dont think about your chest too much and focus too much on the little details. Because trust me, nobody else but you are going to be paying that close attention to them. Most times if you dont point it out, nobody will see it. Keep your head up and stay positive.

Hey Dude, fellow trans guy here currently sitting in my binder 6 days post op myself (a little drugged up on the meds so don’t mind me in advance) and feeling lots of similar things, having similar thought processes. But, let me tell you man, don’t even stress. You’re a fuckin’ sexy guy and you’re chest looks so good! You my friend are a million miles from a “she”and you look manlier and better than the majority of the cis-guys at my highschool. GOALS. You’re doing great, I promise things will get better. I’m thankful you shared this different part of top surgery. I personally think that your chest looks great, both sides equally. And don’t worry too much about your the way you feel about chest just yet, I think you gonna settle with your chest and feel way more comfortable with it as time goes by.

Noah I appreciate your videos and you showing all of these personal aspects of your journey. It's good to know the bad along with the good. It really helps when people gender you correctly. I have one friend who I'm out to (I'm transmasc pre everything ) and that person simply using my preferred pronouns really makes a difference. In spite of the bad I'm glad you're doing much better.

Your chest looks fantastic. I can understand completely about your feelings about "This is my life now". I am in the same boat, I am 20 days post op from my top surgery and these thoughts have been dragging me down as well. Being trans is not easy. I hope you start to feel better as each day goes by :)

Thanks for sharing your process. I’m 3 weeks post op and I am focusing on things not looking great and too had a mental breakdown kind of. I emailed my surgeon to ask what’s going on just for curiosity sake. I’m just grateful to have my mom helping me out.

Remember dear we happen to have body dysmorphia, we perceive our body in a way that other people don’t. I’m at this very point about my top surgery, where I feel like everything looks like before but…it’s just that we can’t perceive it correctly. Love to you and your amazing surgery result

Vervelend dat je je niet goed voelt. Maar ook heel normaal denk ik. Je had t zelf al over 'post-op depression". Dus je weet dat meer er last van hebben. Je staat toch ook ineens in een hele andere positie in je leven. En je gaat ook anders naar je lichaam kijken misschien. Van Loenen had bij mij een keer benoemd dat de meesten zich ook heel erg focussen op hun resultaat, en dat het dus ook niet gek is als je misschien baalt van bepaalde details. Maar voor zover ik weet kijkt zij ook echt naar hoe t bij cis mannen zou zijn. Bij mijn correctie had ze ook een paar dingen uitgelegd die mij waren opgevallen. Waarom ze bepaalde dingen gedaan had. En dat dat ook was, omdat het van nature op die manier bij mij die vorm of plaats hoorde te hebben. Het is oké om je shit te voelen. Maar wees niet te hard voor jezelf hoor. :) Op dit punt mag je misschien ook juist wel eindelijk, letterlijk en figuurlijk, uitademen. En als je het mij vraagt heb je éen van de beste resultaten!

Conditioning children and teens to believe the absurdity that they or anyone could be “born into the wrong body,” and that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse. Affirming gender dysphoria via public education and legal policies will confuse children and parents, leading more children to present to “gender clinics” where they will be given puberty-blocking drugs. This, in turn, virtually ensures that they will “choose” a lifetime of sterility, toxic cross-sex hormones, and likely consider unnecessary surgical mutilation of their healthy body parts as young adults.

It looks very great, i can't even tell that you had any surgery, it definitely doesn't look like a female chest. The doc did a great job.
