Half a year ago I started learning game building in Unity because I wanted to learn something new and finally be able to change my job for a better one. After watching your video, I can see that it takes a tremendous amount of time to reach a level similar to what you have achieved. When I come back from work, I have a few hours to learn building games in Unity. Unfortunately, I do not always have the time and strength to sit down to the computer for next few hours after a full day of work. At the current rate of my self-development, it will take me 10 years or longer to reach your level. I will not quit my job because I just need money to live. And at this point, a question pops up in my head. How did you find so much time to learn? I don't know, maybe I'm just not capable enough to make computer games.

I'd say game dev is usually a group thing, so it's not out of ordinary to see people like you who would be exhausted trying to learn everything. If you can find some equally ambitious friends (2-3 people is enough to make something decent) and spread out the workload a bit, you'll see the result much faster, and sometimes you'll be able to learn from them too.

Damn you stole my story 😂 I also enjoyed 3D stuff back then and came across blender... Then I made dozens of games in BGE as I knew nothing about coding and the node system was kinda convenient... But then I wanted to develop games for android and spent some time on trying to export the game to Android... Actually there's a blender player for Android... Unfortunately it was pretty trashy, so I quickly got into Unity and started coding for the first time... Then, about 5 years ago, I published my first android game on the play store, got disappointingly few downloads but I haven't stopped developing new games in unity... :)
