These people have no shame. We had groups outside Walmarts and Costco’s a few years back pretending to be muslims and Syrian refugees in need. Until some real Syrians went with a film crew to interview them and found out they didn’t speak the language.

I have been a regular at the local soup kitchens for 10 years. I'm known as a regular diner and donor. I am on a first-name basis with many homeless people and I never see them panhandling. They live off their meager SSI checks and collecting refundable cans/bottles off the side of the road. If they have wheels, it's usually a bicycle or a car that's barely running. On the other hand, the ones who are regular panhandlers (who don't stay in town very long) are never seen getting a free meal. With them, everything is a cash basis only. Panhandlers won't take food or even an offer to fill their tank with gas.

I was approached by one woman and her small daughter while grocery shopping with my husband yesterday at Safeway. She had Ribs, packs of coke, cake, and other items in her cart. She asked me if I knew Spanish and I said yes. She spoke in this very broken (fake) Spanish. She said her baby at home needed home and asked if I could pay for her "few items". The daughter looked like she was trained and kept making dramatic sad faces at us. We initially agreed because she literally cornered us but when we got to self-checkout I said, "nevermind, I don't want to help..I don't believe them" and she got very angry. To add, she was VERY close to my husband when he started trying to pay for her items. That made me nervous because her hand was super close to his pocket. I've seen this lady asking for money at traffic stops for years now. Smh

Keep up the good work ! Some people are just virtue signalling and giving scam artists money because it makes them feel good and when you prove to them they were scammed they get mad at you.

In Austria, I've seen gypsy clans sending 3 to 6 year olds out to beg. There is organizized begging throughout Central Europe that operate like the Mafia. Some shoplift, most beg, sell street papers and take every way they can. Some approach people to beg, and if possible will pickpocket even those who gave them 5€ or 10. It's disgusting. The teenage girls turn cheap tricks, and also carry 2 to 3 year olds while begging. Often the kids are drooling from being drugged. The police do nohing.

Thanks Jason for putting out this video. Jason, I wish you could come to some of our churches and see real people in need and see the scammers who come to churches begging all the time. Now churches do have a desire to help their individual communities and help the people. But let me share a story of a scamming family who came to my Church back in the 1990's. They drove up to the church, I was working out from on the yard, some Pastors do cut the grass in the smaller churches, But this family came for help, begging for food and monies to pay their bills, I recognized the driver, So I asked what church do you attend? And they gave me a name, so why are you not asking them to help, They have refused cause we asked too many times, Then I said to the young lady, don't you have a job at Salvation Army thrift Story? And she said yes, so then why are you begging???? The truth behind all these actions it this, "get as much monies as possible" to supply their addictions, and/or to pay their pimps. So they come to churches who give monies thinking they are helping the people, but if they knew what I have seen over the years, MOST, NOT ALL, but about 80 to 88 percent do not need the monies at all. Just monies to supply their addictions and also monies cause Social Services required people to work a job somewhere to obtain benefits. There are jobs everywhere, Go to work!!!!! And you say you cannot find work, THEN STARTING PICKING UP CAN AND BOTTLES ALONG THE HIGHWAYS AND SELL THEM to the distributors. And stop Scamming the people.

In the last 20yrs I've seen maybe 5 Gypsy panhandlers in my area. They don't last long due to the brutal heat and the local homeless clans are ruthless and see them as competition and run them off quickly. Now is it organized? Maybe not as much as people think. But I do believe most of them are in cahoots in one form or another. I believe they talk amongst each other either on a forum, website or other social media platform so they know where the good money is, when an area is dried up from "help", where there is no "help" at all or where someone is already at so they don't "flood the market."

Jayson they are in my area every mid February. Usually presidents week. They park at the Home depot in my town and walk over to the plaza across the street and stand in the island of the main entrance pan handling. One couple with their children you have filmed numerous times. The last time I saw them. I shouted over to them to say hello to you when they reached Iron Mountain, Mi Walmart. When they got their around mid August you filmed them and posted it here. I made a comment, and they found your You Tube channel, and gave me a nasty reply. My answer get a job and quite scamming people. Stay out of my town and your town. I have not seen them since. The child with cancer scam was reported on by the Pasco county Florida sheriff's department. They put out a bunch of PSA's in their local media warning their residents especially their elderly residents not to fall for this scam. Those people were from El Salvador. The place that that guy from Colorado mentioned is a city thier. Most of them are Spanish speaking.

In the past I’ve given money to people and when I’d find out they were scamming I would just tell myself that I did it out of 5he good of my heart and if they are scamming it’s on them and they will be called to task for it later. It makes me sad that now I don’t trust anyone enough to help them. When I was a cashier at a grocery store I would absolutely help someone who didn’t have enough money to buy their groceries, I’d call a manager or pIC over so they could process my card to cover the balance. Now I am disabled so I don’t get to help much.

They should get one of those left-wing electric cars and start panhandling for a bucket of electricity. That'll give them a 'jolt'!

Actually I've seen more than my fair share that are regulars in Milwaukee that stay all year and work the same corner month after month. My favorite was the group that worked a dual freeway ramp and when done at night walked the three or four homes down the block and they were home. Amazingly they were never desperate on rainy or snowy days or extreme cold and some days was Rush Hour only so they could be selective
