This is not at all related to the episode, but seeing the graphic for this episode and Kennedy's right-side part, I felt more confident about my own hair. Until I realized the image used is a reverse and that Kennedy actually had a left-side part.

After watching the debate on youtube Nixon did a fine job debating Kennedy but Kennedy appeared like a much stronger and charismatic candidate. Image is still hugely important but seeing as these were the first live televised debates ever image was everything

@@grungetruck8243 yes he lost the image battle. But on a point to point basis I agreed with Nixon more often

In terms of policy Nixon was always the better candidate. But since Kennedy was a charisma machine and he was the first TV president Kennedy won. By 68 Nixon learned his lesson
