最后高压锅那一步去除 就在柴火灶上炖一会 泡一晚上更好 就不会有这么多碎的。带鱼肉很嫩的

壓力鍋那個是為了吃骨頭，魚罐頭比如鯪魚鳳尾魚帶魚什麼的，都是高壓工藝，骨頭都可以吃。如果要燉的話需要更長時間，出貨更碎。工廠工藝一般是炸完直接加湯封罐，然後蒸到酥爛，不需要過多移動就不會很碎。
