It’s on Roku. It’s called ‘The Edge of Alaska.’ Takes place in McCarthy now, but they tell the story. & Gary, the pilot, is still there. It’s a pretty cool show.

Oh how I pity you!!😢 I got that twice a yr, for over 12 yrs!😢 It got to 1 pt where I would just call my Dr, and even though I was a teen, he could tell over the phone I had it and prescribed meds. I had a few yrs break, then got it worse than EVER!!! My oldest child's godfather didn't even know who he was talking to when I begged for a ride to the ER. The ER DR was like " how the heck have you been eating or drinking, let alone breathing??" I wrote down, I haven't for days but I had no medical. My now ex's work had shut down suddenly, w NO notice! The ONLY good part of strep was if it wasn't too bad, my parents let me eat all the root beer floats I wanted 😂

@@theanxiousgemini82 😂, my oldest grandson gets "foot and mouth" or whatever you call it. My daughter takes him to the Dr and gets med clearance to get him back in school. They have fought her a few times, but soon learned that's one " Momma Bear" you don't mess with 😂😂😂

Hey, I visited McCarthy, AK with my dad in 2017. It's very much not an abandoned place; it's something of a tourist trap even. The final section of road and even the cable car that used to exist for "easy" access the town proper are indeed long gone, but there's a readily available foot bridge and some kind of trolley service as well to assist anyone who's unable to walk the full mile into town. McCarthy has all sorts of businesses, including a proper restaurant with working Wi-Fi!

After watching this video and learning about McCarthy for the first time, I looked up the history. After Lou murdered 6 of the 22 residents, the rest discussed for weeks how to carry on. They decided if they were distrustful of outsiders, than they had let Lou win. So they asked the state for, and got $90,000 to build a tram (which they did themselves in 2 months,) to encourage tourism.

All I can think in story 2 is feral humans...possibly a pack of them living in those woods specifically in that cavern. Also could be sasquatch too considering he really couldn't see the "guy" near the boat clearly.

No comparison, B and B is awesome! Never was a fan of Mr ballen. To me, he has minimal narration skills and always sounds like he’s trying too hard. I just can’t listen to his stuff. Mr nightmare is cool but videos are like 10-15mins long so I stopped going on his page. B and B and Joel (LetsRead) are pretty legit with their narration and have been consistent with their content. Gotta respect all the hard work B and B put in to improve in all aspects of his channel and narration especially when he doesn’t have an acting background/professional narrator.
