Enjoy 60 minutes of relaxing, calming sights and sounds of this natural woodland scene and its ambience recorded live on site and which includes the sounds of a trickling stream and various birds native to the area. As the title suggests, this was filmed during one Spring morning in May, 2012 in the lush woodlands of Pennsylvania. It's one of my favorite places to visit and most of my nature videos are recorded here. You'll hear quite a decent variety of bird songs and bird calls such as a crow, Towhee, American Robin and more.
I wanted to capture the natural beauty and serenity of this woodland in the early morning and share it with you, with the hopes that it will bring you the same beauty, relaxation, peace and even rejuvenation that it brought me. It's my belief that moments like these should be shared, enjoyed and made accessible to everyone.

justrandomginger Ah yes, perhaps this community of fans is more sane than others for embracing the madness. Some would see madness, I believe supporters of Uncle E still see the pristine beauty in all of the creativity that is EphermeralRift. Albeit, a different form of beauty than the one presented above, but still, a wonderful work of art all the same. And besides, aren't we all a little mad?

I remember this scout camp, we slept just a few meters from a creek. What a great feeling that was, at night, hanging in the comfy string bed that you made yourself, at night, with the tranquil sound of the creek and your good friends sleeping under the tent, after a long but jolly day. These nights were fantastic.

I have this really huge thing for the woods. ever since I saw the movie twilight, I've always been super into the woods. I get this feeling from it that I can't explain but to try it's like I can just imagine the old days wear people lived in the woods or whatever and almost like snow white. I can imagine myself in the woods or a huge meadow with trees surrounding it and pretty flowers all over and the sun is not too bright and it's not hot but perfect weather. I can just imagine being there all by myself laying down with my eyes closed and then going into the woods for an adventure. I don't know why I'm like that but it just brings so much happiness to me but I want someone who also feels that way. one day I'm gonna find that person and we are gonna go on an adventure to a huge meadow and woods area and just spend the whole day (or days) there. can't wait. it's alway been my dream

I know this video is old but I don’t believe I’ve ever seen anywhere so green. I’m used to forests but I live in North Carolina. This is like an entirely different level. Gorgeous.

I'm a conservation biologist studying wetland birds. Whenever I'm stuck inside reading and writing grants, I can listen to this and it reminds me why I do what I do. Thanks so much for making this video.

When I like a video, I like for it to play 8-10 hours, as I clean the house daily, as my grandmothers and mom did, and I love to bake, especially European pastries, but I can bake anything, & I think home-made bread baking in the oven must be what heaven smells like. If your house is for sale and not selling, have bread in the oven when people come to see it. It's going to feel like "home" to all of them.. I take care of four toddlers in the afternoon, because their mom's work 2nd shift, so I have toddler beds for each one, too, and I play soft music when they are falling asleep, after a story and hugs and kisses. But water? Not for me. Sunday, January 13, 2018 - And, NO, I'm never on the lap top with toddlers here. The music or birdsongs start before they get here.

JOYCE D: Why are you glad it's only an hour long? You can listen to something else anytime you want to, right? Some of these replys are senseless and get a thumbs down, which they deserve.

I really feel like they meant to say "I am glad that you have it for 1 hour long." as in they are glad it is so long and the 'only' was an accident. Also, dislikes on comments do nothing, I'm still not sure why KZfaq even has a dislike button for comments if it doesn't do anything.

Hi Ephemeral Rift, don't know if you remember me, but I'm the guy that was stuck down in Florida for 11 years, and missed the northeast immensely. Well, I finally make it back up here, but even better; Maine. Thank you for inspiring me, I truly appreciate it.
