I like watching Scott's cuts because he's very honest when he talks about the cuts. In the previous video he admitted he wasn't happy with the harshness of the blend and went back again to fix it, and in this he talks about this fella's unusual headshape creating a little challenge at the sides. He doesn't worry his customers by making it sound like a mistake, but at the same time he doesn't pretend everything is going 100% perfectly if it isn't.

I love the slicked back look. I have wavy hair so I do a slicked back wave lol. I think it is a look that is classic and easy to pull off. More guys should try it.

Derek Caliman I just started doing that. 1.5 on the side and slick back loosely and push the front straight up. Rest slightly to the side slicked back

@D You also need an oval face shape. If you have a round face, you can't pull this off.

I am reading this. I'm still heavily considering doing a minoxidil experiment but I really want to do it correctly and as measurable as possible. I'd like to also talk with a dermatologist beforehand. - Jack

@@roundearthshill247 @Beardbrand I'm confused why would Jack of all people use minoxidil? He has a really dense beard and great coverage already. Also you're gonna want to use it for a minimum of 6 months, after 2 months any change will be minimal and it won't stick around after stopping.

Beardbrand I think it would be very interesting to see what minox can do for people like jack. Also i think the youngest member of the beardbrand team can’t think of his name for the moment, could make a series that shows him using for 6-12 months. As always great video Jack!!!

@@mfboardman Jack has great coverage but the minox would help his mustache and connectors to be more full and thick. 2 months will show some small results so Jack can see if he wants to continue using it or not.
