Thanks for sharing! I think this is one of the best house for the price I have seen in a very long time in Negros in this price range. If I where there I would have take it. And with a house owner that do this amount of maintenance is worth her weight in gold in the Philippines!

Definitely value for money if you need 4 bedrooms. I only hope the music of the restaurant isn't going to be a problem. Depends on what time they close.

If I was planning to come over for 6 months or more, I'd rent it. I'd even pay now for 2 months ahead. In my village just a room on its own costs close to that. In town a room costs a little more thsn that.
