An obsession 50 years in the making, these saris are now an integral part of her identity. Each of the 600+ saris carries an equally colourful history; from the sari she received as a payment for her first gig, to the purple sari she claims is Kolkata Knight Riders’ lucky charm or the one she wore when receiving the country's highest civilian award, the Padma Shri.
