Get tested for lead exposure. Lead settles to the bones so it's difficult to test for in the blood reliably without sometimes introducing chemical to make it activate a bit from bones. Sequentially attacking all three seems less likely than the three simultaneously. 3) Once a beam hits objects, some of the energy reflects/bounces. So at least an attenuated portion of a narrowly directed high power signal should be detectable. 4) The effects that some people observed (flickering computer screens. expanding cell phone battery) suggests the beam was at least wider than a 'head shot'.
