@@jimwerther Very interesting, Jim. I guess my question is, do your assertions about her change the veracity of the facts that she divulged about election interference from Russia while the White House and Trump lied about it? If the information she divulged was fabricated then her personal beliefs, problems, or politics would be very pertinent. Am I missing something? On the other hand, couldn't Trump have acknowledged the facts behind the election interference and pledged to get to the bottom of it? Didn't he act like a guilty person would when he lied on multiple occasions about the election? I'm not defending her or her actions. But his actions indicate he at least knew the truth but lied about it. We also know that his campaign team was in contact with the Russians preelection. Why did they (Flynn) lie about that as well? Something to consider?

I am a Navy Veteran and a retired police officer. I feel very strongly that Reality Winner is a victim of an unfair government and she is my hero by doing what she did. Ms. Winner, you helped this country, you didn't hurt it. The 2018 and 2020 elections might have been very different and would not have reflected the true will of the people if it wasn't for you. Please take heart in the fact that your fellow US citizens and fellow veterans feel gratitude toward you. You did the right thing. I will be thinking good thoughts for your physical and mental healing.

Winner, if you read this, this old retired airborne ranger is proud of you. You're right you signed up to protect this country from all enemies foreign and domestic. It is not your fault but the government at this moment and at the moment of your arrest has lost touch with reality. I too was wrongly accused, and lost my career due to politics. 27 years with a ranger battalion gone because a young man whose father was politically connected made a catastrophic tactical choice and seven of my men were killed. I refused to follow his orders, and was confined to quarters. And against all of my protests that I lodged against him and to my battalion Commander went unheard and seven lives were lost that day. They're just some things that you cannot live with yourself if you don't confront. I lost my career. But I know that those men that died that day saw me standing up for them. And that's what keeps me alive. God bless you Winner. You're going to be okay, you're strong I can see that.

I’m ashamed I don’t remember hearing about any of this, of her, until I just saw a movie trailer and came to search KZfaq to see what the movie was about. She sounds like an amazing human who tried to make a positive change and was punished by our government for it. She looked so strong to me in the interviews, muscular and healthy in body and mind. But once she started opening up and I saw pics of her in jail, she looked so different. Sick, in health and mind. It’s amazing the transformations we can go thru. I’m glad she is out and doing well. I’ll be watching the movie as soon as it comes out for sure, not bc of the actor, but bc of the true Reality Winner.

Are you suggesting that every classified document should be leaked, and anyone who leaks them is a hero? I get the feeling that this is purely political and about 100% of the people who are calling her a hero or brave are democrats.
