Aloha & mahalo for commenting! Yes, we prefer the original pressings for quality as well as the educational (and time travel) aspect of showing the album art the way the musicians wanted it portrayed. 🎶

Thanks for all the memories Z-Bear -- your undeniable gift keeps on giving ❤As someone who grew up with this music and knew it largely from a tinny radio speaker and later from the limited needle to vinyl technologies that were available I have to say how enjoyable it is to hear the originals transmitted through whatever digital equipment now brings it through the airwaves in such a clear sound -- I can hear instruments I never knew were in there!

So I'm in the kitchen...making empanadas...deep fryer style...listening to financial shows talking about the (truly) inevitable financial collapse and reset...totally groovin' on that vibe...but thinking, I need some tunes...and then...out of somewhere...comes...The Bee Gees..."You Don't Know What it's Like...To love somebody, the way I love you..."...soul begins to feel the touch, begins to feel a familiar vybe...(see what I did there...respelled vibe...)...and then The Troggs..."I feel it in My Fingers...It's Written in the Wind...It's Everywhere I Go..."....I said, "HEY!! WAIT A MINUTE!!!" that's Z-Bear!!! Totally love your style Z-Bear---greetings from Finland...very VERY green Finland...you can always see just a little better with PedroVision...empanadas are ready now...time to feed!!

That was wonderful. It's ironically cool that you have Donovan's Hurdy Gurdy man in there. We just finished watching the Britannia series . (for the 3rd time 🙂) Donovan tunes were used alot. Hurdy Gurdy man was the opening song in one season and season of the witch was another . Even Colour was used. Have a happy day !

Another comment on the records being used. They appear to be original, if not the original year pressings, a modern pressing, but none of the "Remastered" things like recently released Beatles Blue '62-66 and Red '67-70 sets. This, I think most of us appreciate. If anyone wants to lose weight, dancing all day to this stuff by Villa Vybes Vinyl works Just sayin'.
