How do you get planespotting at infinite flight?

We stay at an airport, fill a sheet with all the info of the assistants and then we use replay mode to record so we can export the videos to the editing software :)

He tell to his community, where and when he will do plane spotting and people will come to that airport. You can get in his video if you want but I think he do it in the expert server.
