Hi Jen, I loved this video! Just a small note on the menstrual cup, for you and your subscribers. *When getting it out, don't just pull it.* If you plainly pull it can cause pelvic organ prolapse! It is very important to release the suction by squizzing the cup with your fingers and then pull it down. Im loving the cup and I will definitely try the period panties too!

Another great video, Jenn. One item I'll give some additional personal experience around is the cocofloss. I tried this a few months ago, and it is NOT for people with tightly packed teeth. I had a major issue with bits, pieces and torn up material stuck not only in between my teeth, but it also embedded into my gum line. As you can imagine, it really freaked me out and the gum damage is still something of a recovery process!

Just okay for the tatcha cleanser? That is my favourite skin care product ever! It smells soooo good! Most pampering feeling and beautiful smell! I love the slight grittiness and it makes me glow after! Tatcha is premium!
