It's undoubtedly the ultimate Sunset Strip house! An architectural achievement that's smack dabbed in the middle of what i think is the perfect promontory lot with the best 270 views of Los Angeles located in the most desired location in all of Hollywood Hills (The Bird Streets).

The attention is detail is second to none. It's a modern mega mansion that can be lived by a family unlike other modern homes in the area that are either entertainer houses or bachelor pads.

@@baim4585 In a way yeah but based on the comps around the neighborhood it is priced to be the most expensive in the area. The price will always be negotiable but it will still break records because at the end of the day it will sell between 53 to 55 million.

Homes in the $50 million range or more takes at least 2 years to sell and sellers are made aware of that the moment they chose their listing agents. If sellers are more realistic about pricing and tries to understand the current market then it will go much faster than what is usually expected.
