रात के 1.30 बजे है और मुझे लगता है की मेरे जीवन के एक बहुत एहम समय पर यह संघर्ष से भरपूर इतनी सुंदर कहानी मेरे सामने आई । यह बातें ही शायद जरूरी थी मेरे लिए जानना और खास तो महसूस करना । कितना खूबसूरत व्यक्तित्व दिनेश मोहन जी का सिर्फ सूरत नही सीरत से भी बेहद सुंदर । ऋचा जी इस बहेतरीन इंटरव्यू के लिए आप हमेशा प्रार्थना में रहेंगी

भाई रात के 1:30 / 2 बजे तक जागोगे तो कोई फायदा नहीं ऐसी मोटिवेशन का, 2 दिन बाद उतर जाएगा ये फितूर... रात 11 बजे से पहले सो जाया करो हर हाल में और सुबह 5 बजे हर हाल में उठकर कुछ कसरत वगैरा करना शुरू करो... सब बढ़िया हो जाएगा...

@@simplyias3628 सही कहा भाई। मैं पिछले 3 साल से दिनेश मोहन जी को, और काफी सारे को मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर्स को फॉलो कर रहा हूं। दिनेश जी से तो मैं काफी प्रभावित हुआ। पर 3 साल में 3-4 बार ही खुद को सुधारने की कोशिश कर सका हूं। अपनी कोशिश में ईमानदार होना पड़ता है। पर मैं तो, अपने लिए ही बेईमान निकला। पर आज फिर ये वीडियो सामने आ गई। ऐसा नहीं है के इसी वीडियो को देख कर मैं फिर से मोटिवेट होऊंगा। पर पिछले कुछ दिनों से फिर से मन में पॉजिटिव वाइब्स आ रही हैं। इस बार नहीं छोडूंगा। मुझे इस बात की खुशी है के दिनेश मोहन जी का घर मेरे शहर में भी है। मतलब वो शायद गुडगांव भी रहते हैं। और चंडीगढ़ के पास भी घर है उनका। अपने प्रति ईमानदार होने के बाद, एक दिन जरूर मिलूंगा, उनसे।

Thanks u ma'am I was depressed due to loss my elder brother in covid pandemic who was phd scholars in iitk .it was great loss for me . His memories couldn't forget. Past few days i doesn't feel properly.but at this time through your show zindagi with Richa when I seeing Dinesh mohan sir I am feeling energetic. The only thing we observe struggle is life . I would just say that I was working remotely and some how I got this video and I could not move myself out of the video, each word of Dinesh Mohan is very true and close to Real Life, Thanks Richa for this wonderful initiative , Regards, Puja
