I remember as a teen in 1982, my family rented a time share in one of the big mansions on Esplanade Avenue in New Orleans. The apartment was nice and the old home was great. I hated leaving. One day I vowed I would live in one of these.

I remember staying in the French Quarter in 1986; it was cool! I FINALLY visited New Orleans against this past month, but it looks completely different from what I remember as a child back in the 80's.

Gorgeous home but this entire video and presentation is just bad. The guy talking starts walking and for some reason the person filming doesn't follow and film him he goes off and starts filming away from the guy talking and so you don't hear clearly what the guy is saying. I've never seen such a bad filming of a property. They didn't work together at all. It's like they both did their own thing. However the absolute worst is the guy filming. If I were you I wouldn't let this person film ever again.

Listed for 2.195 million. Reduced to 1.95 million. Today price unavailable. Houses in this range needs a certain buyer willing to over pay for being in the French Quarter.

my heart sank at the spa bathtub. This house is absolute perfection except that should be a huge clawfoot. :)

Beautiful interior because of New Orleans Aristocratic Creoles who traced their lineage to the nobility and elite of France and spain🇫🇷⚜

I remember visiting my relatives in the early 50s when they lived on Esplanade Ave. It was nice, but no way was it as nice as this. Their kitchen and baths were very 30s.

Next video please use a professional that would have you wear a microphone. That way you can do your narration at your pace and then edit with a second walk-through so nothing is missed.
