In this film, vikram belongs to an orthodox family . he is a brahmin and he always follow all rules and regulations.He's a lawyer, he want's everyone to be perfect in this world,when he happened to saw somebody scamming or breaking rules he wish he could punish them by law.....But they'll escape someway so he'll be frustated.And also in the flashback he was affected mentally because his little sister died by electricity.....happened due to some rule breaking government officials.Then he ran into a website called ANNIYAN.COM where he can complain about the people who do mistakes and they'll be punished by the anniyan like they do in hell (using gardudapuranam).Actually that website was created by the other person (split personality) anniyan inside him.Without knowing these facts he keep on complaining about the persons he saw (in ambi form) and he'll go and kill them (in anniyan form).So the cops arrest Ambi for the murders, the scene you saw was that only, prakash raj was the police and he is investigating ambi brutrally, because praksh raj's bro was assassinated by anniyan.So to help ambi the anniyan inside him come out occasionally.Thats why so much mess in this scene.....THE anniyan character was actually like a GOOD ASSASSIN (may be a devil...lol) who kills people who don't follow rules and do scam. He also have another split personality named REMO, who came because he loved a girl but he's not brave enough to propse her......afterwards the girl (actress sadha) will confess she loves ambi not remo.....so the remo will fade off But ANNIYAN never goes out of him until the WORLD is full of good peoples THE END . I love you guys so much.....i'll be here to help you guys out in any doubt about tamil industry......and you guys are so good.Thank you!

Vikram has multiple personality disorder in that movie (Anniyan). 1. His regular personIlity - An ordinary lawyer who lives by virtues of life and this makes him incapable of surviving in our common world. 2. A playboy - His inability to express feelings for his girl, intrigues this personality. 3. A vigilante - Whenever he witnesses criminals escape from law and order, this character is triggered, and he kills them according to the 28 deadly punishments listed in Garuda Purana. His latter two characters are aware of his general personality, but it's the vice versa for his general nature. So he commits crimes unaware and makes 5 deadly kills.

Vikram has three split personality roles in this movie 1. Innocent pundit guy who always dreams about a girl who he sees every day around and just always wishes to marry her. He follows rules a lot and never lies about anything. 2. When person 1 sees many unethical things happening in this world like bribe, robberies etc and no one wants to stop them, he becomes this crazy character and he follows some old methods of punishment which is said to be followed in hell to punish the people who do something wrong. 3. The girl never loves him back as he was person 1 so he wants himself to change and becomes character 3 where he's a playboy. Vikram is convicted saying he committed some 5 murders as he was in state 1 and he's just confused about it when the scene starts because he didn't do anything as such, he's very innocent that even blood scares him in state 1. The scene you saw is between characters 1 and 2. Where 1 is innocent and saying I didn't do any murders but 2 is saying I killed all of them because they didn't follow things properly and one or other got suffered because of their sins and I punished them. The movie name is APARICHIT in Hindi. Do check it out if you can.

But his emotions and hatred towards the bad things happening in the society has created another personality inside him called anniyan(alien). When he got emotionally irritated that personality comes out. It's better to have look at the entire movie to have a clear idea about the story plot. Good job guys
