True, a very reasonable price, but keep in mind California real estate prices, and that whatever you earn, will be taxed for the next decade, it’s a California wealth tax.

The more invasive out of state people who came out here in search of the good life, a good job and fine weather & in turn literally wasted our state within a few decades, & now finally after all their whining, sniveling & bitching about everything they are leaving California in droves for greener pastures, back to where ever they came from, So good riddance to them all, & we will recover, We have a great Multi ethnic heritage of hard working thoughtful & conservative minded local people before the the white trash money grubbers moved west from Trumptucky, Texass and other knuckle dragging lowbrow "right to work" states & proceeded to suck our state dry. Many out of state people are homeless here & California does try to take care of them as best they can & California has always taken care of it's people. & will continue to do so. Having the 5th largest economy in the world. We don't need federal assistance or need to support the rest of the US with our economy , but we do because unlike Texas and other states that want to break away from the US, We love America. California has a $92 billion dollar surplus this year, No other state can even come close to claiming that because they are owned or in debt to corporations & the feds for endless handouts that end up in their politicians pockets..Elon Musk & Tesla & many other companies have left California recently for Texas & other 3rd world states, why you ask?, cheap uneducated labor, no income tax, suck up politicians & lobbiests along with their fair share of conspiracy minded idiots like Ted Cruz and Alex Jones being prime examples of what Texas & other similar states stand for. Guns, guts and delusional ideals of glory in racial superiority.

@@catcor2154 i’ve worked out there and talk to the people that live out there. It’s California and it has water restrictions and that place is a desert. The price should be 70% less. It’s not a quiet area either because all the test jets fly by there. Down the street is called earthquake Street.hmmm.
