Nice. What's a ballpark price to get that much work done? I've been getting quotes of 10k plus. Not sure if that's high or what.

That's not high at all, I start at 15k and it's an open estimate. I would suggest you ask for starting price and worse case scenario, end price. Now a days not many shops want to do them because it's not worth it, they are very time consuming and a lot of hours need to be put into restoration projects like these. To restore a similar car like this can easily run you 25k to 30k including metal work, body work and paint.
