He definitely deserved a golden buzzer and deserved to win the season. Such a shame his talent was not discovered earlier in life, he could have gone very far in broadway.

Besides this kinda shows are staged they dont go for that kind of performers better stick to good looking with rather bad voices best example Richard Hadfields performance in the Voice no one turned the chair....comon reallly????

That's how you make your grandkids proud, as if they weren't before! Astounding voice. At his age, a lot of professional singers have lost their voices. This guy still has his - and it's amazing.

It really saddens me that he didn't have a career in music from younger age. It's the best voice I've heard in awhile. Hope it works out for him now! I'd have hit the golden buzzer.

When I heard this man sing, I couldn't believe my ears. He's 68 years old and has a better voice than performers half his age. Well done, Matthew Dodd, you make me proud to be Irish!!!

WOW !!! He is fantastic ! You can tell this is a really good man , humble , with good looks , caring , a love for older people , talent hidden for too long !!! A voice that would sell out every venue ! Just goes to show you're never too old !!! I would definitely buy his music if he was not to record what a shame it would be .He has a great gift !
