Great videos.. I have a question. I understand you opened scalable broker in Germany. As you still hold your scalable and you have moved to Romania. How does scalable calculate capital gain tax? Does scalable automatically deduct Romania tax rates or it is still with German tax rates?

Hello Bharatji, apke videos kafi informative hain. Hum bhi use Kar rhe hai Scalable. But ek chinta ye hai ki kya apke view Point se Security acchi hai scalable ki? Two factor authentication ke naam par screen par hi usi app me code bharte hai. Koi hardware key authentication bhi nhi hai. Ap issue kaise deal karte hain? I am very interested in your answer because mere ko abhi se kafi daar hai jabki mera Portfolio kafi chota hai.

Hello Bharat. I would like to know Scalable is owned by whom? Is it a bank? Do you have to open your account with them? How safe is it? I know that Deutsch bank has the Max Blue platform and it is linked to the account one holds at the bank. It looks safe but what about Scalable. Ild like to get more info about them. Thanks

Thanks for sharing your portfolio. Can you please address a couple of questions: - Can I move my portfolio from Germany to UAE, what are my options? - I read somewhere that SC applies 25% on the annual profit. Does that mean that if I am earning 100 euros on my portfolio then I get 75 euros in cash in that year? - If I have a multiple stocks (5+), cryptos, ETFs under savings plan than I believe it will be around 10+ transactions from my current bank account to SC. Is it a nice idea to have a free SC plan or should I upgrade my plan with SC?

I hear regular that you purchased new house out side of Germany. is this because if you buy house in Germany and give it to Rent. We have to pay more Tax ? to avoid this tax are you buying house in different countries ? we have to pay Bank loan and addition income tax to Germany Finance also. this is tough for normal employee, how you are managing it ?

Importent! It’s 100k per BANK. Not bank account. Also, in som cases different Banks byt under the same licence and owner would count as ONE bank up to the 100K limit…

Yes. 100k per bank. Generally per bank you can only have one bank account. I don’t know banks where you have two accounts on the same name.
