When you opened the lab they meant lab as in the dog breed(Labrador retriever, that's why there was a Labrador retriever) there was an episode when Plankton was finding the Krabby Patty formula by a machine that said the ingredients of what ever you put in itand he said here is my lab, and the Labrador retriever room was his "lab" room, and next door was the laboratory. So they said lab as in the dog breed. Hope this helps :)

I think the length of the game was just right. About 10 minutes ish and that's including the death restarts, it had a nice climax about 3 quarters of the way through so the last stretch didn't drag on that much, and it definitely ended strong with some intensity. I think the creator of this silly game actually is a fantastic story teller and it just goes unrecognized

Next game.... 12AM at Spongebob’s House Potentially the plot could go like this: You are spongebob and are returning from a long day of work. You find Gary is a bit sick but shake it off and give him food (which is a task the player must do) before going to bed You wake up to see all the lights in the house are out. You call for Gary but can’t find him. After he starts chasing you slowly, ( But he can also teleport as to being very slow ) . You try to escape but you haven’t unlocked the door. You have to find the key by searching in different drawers and cabinets but eventually find it and open the door and escape. However, it’s revealed that this was a dream, but Gary is nowhere to be found. You figure you have to get Gary before trying to piece things together, so this time you remember to get he key. No one will chase you when finding the key, but after found, a demonic entity will start chasing you and you have get to the front door. In one room, Gary will be in there and will start following you. You must now get to the front door and leave and then a cutscene will play with Spongebob running towards Patrick’s Rock.

That cute dog was a nice reference in a really early episode plankton said “this is my lab” then a big screen with a dog on it was in there “and this is my laboratory” then it shows an actual lab
