As someone who never used to have an official morning routine, I can confidently say I’ve been reformed! It wasn’t until I started having one that I realized the importance of making space for myself during the day. So, starting your morning off on the right foot can make all the difference, and I'm excited to share my routine with you!
Even though it took a lot of trial and error, I can finally say I have a routine that works for me. I think that it’s so important to prioritize your health especially if you're a full time student, work a 9-5, etc because daily life can often be emotionally and mentally demanding. It’s a great way to get a headstart to your day while also feeling good and little less stressed! So cheers to less stress!
please note that though I try my best; my mornings do not always look like this. It's a work in progress because we too are a work in progress.
