I love this AM routine and habits - so similar to mine!! I'm not sure if you've heard of Superhuman meditations, but my friend recently showed me the app and it's all about habit stacking everyday activities with visualizing your future. It's been such a game changer to level up my routine even more - can't help but share, feel like you'd love it haha. xx

Hmm that looks like a wonderful start to the day. Can guys use similar skincare products like you do when waking up? I have the bad habit of staying in bed for an extra 10 minutes to half hour after my alarm to meditate laying down, but i feel it’s not working because of how I have to commute to college. I think I’ll take on some of things you do in the morning for when I move out

According to my experience the optimal morning routine will be a regular bowel cleansing by taking 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this at least every second day. Sweat has nothing to do with makeup,if you know how and what makeup to apply. I always put concealer on my dark circles,and a lil brow mascara,a lip tint and trust me I sweat like a pig but my makeup still remains intact and infact it looks better with the sweat ..looks glowy lol.
