I personally think that people tend to turn their nose up at Peter Pig. However I think they're very underrated company. And like they say, more oink for your buck.

I have a couple of WWI armies from Peter Pig and think they look great. Underrated, they have a classic war game look at 15mm and great quality.

I hope the stowage items could be used with other manufacturers stuff as well. PS. are they pewter or resin? And how would some of the 6mm items(like mattresses) work with N-scale buildings?
@RottenMechGaming3 жыл бұрын
White metal and yes they could be used in any ranges.

Interesting, but I can't watch you slice open zip-lock bags!!
@RottenMechGaming3 жыл бұрын
Apparently you can recycle ziploc bags. Mine all go into the recycling bin, I don't have any use for them. It is an annoying fact that so many minis are sold in blister plastic or ziploc. A paper bag and a paper fibre stuff package would be fine for me. I just recieved a pot of paint I was short on and it had plastic packing, then it was inside a plastic ziploc. But I am talking from an ecological standpoint you might just have a thing about cutting plastic rather than using the normal entry method. Unfortunately all of the peter pig packaging is a plastic bag, so you can't unzip them. You could fiddle with the staples but I have got scratched by them, so typically always just cut into the plastic bag to avoid the fiddly process of pulling staples from a plastic bag. I have probably now written too much about plastic bags! ;)

@@RottenMechGaming It's the hoarder in me. I tend to keep stuff in the bag it came in until I get round to using it. Or just taking it out of the bag, admiring it hen putting it back again, my precious!

@@chrisnicole9456That is sensible, my grade of hoarding has overcome me to the point where I have huge stocks of minis and parts which I now have a filing system for. I will end up being buried with them...
