As usual superb design. Hmmmm, will use this design for my renov using metal cladding as exterior walls, hardi for the interiors and flooring of the loft and using gi-pipes for the columns and square tubes for the beams, pwede kaya Architect?

Pwedeng mag request n design, lot area ay 60m2. 4 na room pero yung isang room ay pwede ma convert into study room at pwedeng maging entertainment room pero guest room sya tapos 3 bedroom. May firewall din sya. Gusto ko yung simple sa lbs tingnan pero elegante sa loob.Thanks.

Hi,, i like this style....but can i ask for master BR on ground flr....still 3 BR upper floor wd toilet. May be you can adjust the measurement.....i dont mind ,,,but dont go big ....as long as loft type w/ MbR grnd flr....thank you Looking forward seeing it God bless
