I like the way the levels are divided, with the bedrooms at the top. I love all the windows and that the house has multiple outside entrances. Some improvement suggestions: I think the carport needs to be a little bigger in case someone has a larger vehicle. The w/d need to be INSIDE the house. Make the downstairs bathroom a half-bath/powder room, or, even better, eliminate it, and put a second full bathroom on the top floor.

Wow ang Ganda talaga ng design mo. Sana next time po gumawa po kayo nag 3 bedroom, tapos Yung dalawa bedroom my c.r.. Yung isa c.r sa pang kalahatan po. Sana mapansin mo. Wala Ka PA ganyan style na house. Na 3 bedroom na my c.r. Kahit dalawa Lang mayroon c.r.Yung mga room. Thank you po.
