7.50crs @ 51,000/- per sq ft, 👹 is it Juhu or Andheri (next to nala) & it’s no way 1450 carpet, I’m into construction from 1983 I know what’s carpet,

Andheri lokhandwala, oshiwara is built on nala but that does not deter the value or people from buying luxury flats here..

at this rate per sq.ft. one can get a beautiful home in south mumbai ... although negotiable but still price is at least 25% higher.

This is runwal elegante.Guys the building is next to big nala and gutter.Smell is too much.Dont go on fancy fasade.I rented an apartment there and left in a month.Very smelly and mosquitoes issue.

7.5 Cr for a 3 BHK next to the biggest sewage gutte just outside the building. In fact you can see it in the beginning of the video. There is also a terrible stink emanating from the gutter. Daylight robbery.
