The house is beautiful but I’m most impressed with your shooting style. It really give the viewers a real sense of the space and layout. I wish more channels would film this way rather then glamour shots with no feel for the flow of the house in relation to the layout. Very nicely done!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and for just $1.7M, would easily be $3 to $5M in the East Coast, if not more. Great use of the land space and backyard, and loving that most of the bedrooms have their own BR. Only downsides are the bedrooms are a bit small, particularly the Owner's Suite and of course no basements down there. Aside from that an absolute steal for that price. Beautiful Home! I may move there lol

Didn't like the fact that some off the bedrooms were so close to the garage that's a no no for me. You also did not show the elevator, or maybe I missed it. Altogether a very beautiful place. I like space .

In Toronto area, in 2023, for this cost ($1.7 million) you would get at most a single detached 4 bedroom home in a standard neighbourhood. 2200sq feet, give or take a bit. Most likely no pool.

Anyone else not like where the fridge was located. The architect didn't think that one through. 2 seconds too long in the garage, unless there were custom cabinets in the garage I think we all know what garages look like. Liked the Laundry chute. Over all fun video to watch, maybe a wee bit slower in the panning side to side.

An Elevator , Viking Stove, Theater, Gym, Fireplace, Long Driveway to the house, Balcony off the bedroom -- upstairs, and other little things....... My heart skipped a BEAT and I had to take a deep Breath..... Hope this is a sign from God letting me know after 30 years now, my dream home is about to come to pass. I'm 66 years old now and don't need a mansion just a beautiful home I can spend the rest of my senior years to enjoy , live, and love and in perfect PEACE. The exterior of this house is beautiful as well as the rest of it. The price is no walk in the park but very affordable and inexpensive compared to many other places. Here in newyork city you wouldn't find a home of this magnitude in terms of amenities and sq footage unless you looked in parts of upstate or in the Hamptons long Island newyork. Those places may offer similar homes at a much much more higher price than 1.7mil. Not to mention what you will pay in property tax and upkeep. This home is Fabulous!!!

When you hear Castle you think something a lot bigger than that, don't get me wrong the place is exceptional and gorgeous but it seems a bit small, congested even, reminds me of a dollhouse. Bedrooms look awfully small, theater room even smaller. In my opinion the outdoor patio, pool and kitchen is the best part of that house.

@@sandra-jones My initial thoughts also but I went to look at the house last weekend. The bedrooms were surprisingly not as small as they looked here. Master Bedroom could be bigger but definitely not small.
