methi ki recepie mai paneer bhi milo bahut tasty lagta hai Don't mind though every one uses milk in cooking bahar ke khano mai bhi jaise pasta ki white sauce mai bhi but u can even search according to Ayurveda we should not add salt woth milk & not to have salty food also with milk I too came to know the fact recently.... All recipes look really YUM ❤
