There is a channel here on youtube that's called ArabicBlooms which teaches modern standard arabic through short childrens stories - explaining both grammar and vocabulary along the way. I found it very helpful prior to entering university to study fus7a (MSA) so maybe others want to use it as a resource as well. The videos are generally structured in such a way that the teacher, Radwa, starts by reading the story in arabic but with english subtitles on the screen, then goes through all of the vocabulary and would-be grammar rules, and then she reads the story again in arabic without subtitles. I found her channel to be very helpful, and I think deserves to be mentioned here. Thank you for this video and channel recommendations! I’ve been wanting to add Arabic content (ideally with English subtitles) to my entertainment, but it doesn’t naturally come up in my recommendations. And Arabic dubs aren’t available in my region even for Disney or other content that has a lot of other languages available. I need this kind of casual, fun exposure to the language. ^_^

I made this youtube account SPECIFICALLY TO LEARN ARABIC, what I was planning on doing was look at the scripts of arabic videos, look at the words I don’t know and then putting them through an actual good translation qnd write on a notebook, but this is a better way, + one subscriber to you 😊

Thank you so much for this I've been finding way of learning dialect Arabic since I already speak and understand fusha Arabic, but that wasn't enough to survive day to day basis, like fusha Arabic is not really used in daily basis which makes me have to find a way to get used and understand dialect of Arabic peninsula. @@ArabicwithToqa If you might have heard of Brij Kothari, he popularised the Same language subtitling with subtitles having the same language as the audio. It is implemented on India's Doordarshan’s film song programmes ex. Rangoli (ColorSounds in USA) to promote literacy. I look forward for fusha MSA resources with both Arabic and English subtitles. in your answer i did not find it.
