Aja,so you guys agree that lake atitlan is the most beautiful lake in the world? as you can see there is no danger visiting Guatemala,this place is paradise,with little money you can have a life as a king,would you go back in the future for vacation?? Dope video at Lake Atitlan, you are giving out a ton of great tips for visiting that I wish I would have known when I went. Yall did a ton and interacted with locals which I love doing myself. We stayed in San Antonio but didnt get to visit the other cities on lake atitlan. Thank you for showing me what i was missing. Love the content keep it up!

Thank you for viewing! Our first massage was at East West in San Marcos, where we were able to get a simultaneous massage. We also got massages at the La Laguna Perrida in Santa Cruz, which we highly recommend. Hope this helps. Happy Travels!

So how much did it cost to get from the airport to the lake? I found a nice hostel by the lake, but I need to know how much it'll cost to get there and back to Guatemala city. And did they ask for a covid test when you boarded the plan3?

From the airport to panajachel, we paid 500Q (~$65) for a private shuttle through Tiera Mayas www.tierramayas.com/. Rufino was our driver and we highly recommend him. You can also book your return trip with him. As for a Covid test, we are fully vaccinated so we did not have to present a negative test going from USA to GUA, but we did have to present one on the way back from GUA to USA. @@demetriusheard7956 last question. Do you think a rental car would be good or is the terrain not good for someone whos never been to that country?...and 65*2 is alot to get to the lake and back 😒....was it all in all a good place to visit though? I'm solo traveling

@@RiccoMarselino I personally wouldn’t recommend driving if you’ve never been before. There are also group shuttles that you can either book in advance or try to hop on one at the airport. Every time we’ve been, there are shuttles outside the airport that go to Lake Atitlán.

how shallow is the water near the hotel in pana...can one wade and swim on the edge of it...do you think ubering (with 3 persons) or a public shuttle would be better from the airport? thanks.
