I have been single for 14 years with three children. I acquired academically, promoted three times. Have a house and bought four cars, took my two sons through tertiary education and paying my daughter's fees and seen God at work throughout. Started a business and believe God for its growth. I just started dating someone right after my last relationship, I’ve known him 6 or 7 years but we only started dating months ago. Sometimes the woman is perfectly ok with being single and it's the society that pressures her in to marriage. Family, friends, etc, all of them asking her: Why are you still single? You are absolutely right about that because after the first husband, I thought I would never get married again. I was in Church, running on in the Lord, most happy with my Life. I didn't care if I got married or not, wasn't thinking about it. But the God of Heaven thought it was fit to put an Awesome man into my life and he became my husband and it didn't take a whole year for us to realize that we were going to spend the rest of our lives together.

Been practicing no contact recently. Embracing “ out of sight, out of mind” so that I can focus on me, my feelings, my goals, cut off any soul ties & bondages. I’m slowly learning to be content with my singleness and not be caught up in being with someone out of empty voids or loneliness. It’s a process.

@8:15 every marriage that I've bared witness to, whether its my elders or my age group, have been manufactured. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Women just scraping up any man they could find, just so society can view them as a spoken-for woman. That led me to try to do the same and that was one of the most unhappiest relationships I've ever been in, in my entire life.

This is so true. I feel so content now. I learned to be happily single 1 year after a painful breakup. It may sound too simple but, I started a new hobby that was so enjoyable- that it was part of what weaned me from the yearning to couple with the wrong person. If you are with the wrong person ...it is a hard and dishonest situation but you might hold on DUE to your dislike of being single. I still talk to people and i now REALLY consider whether i should continue the conversations... Thank you for your insight. I am loving this relatively new thinking... and feel more in control of myself and who let into my life.

I am a single woman now and I’ve come to appreciate my alone time. I got divorced after 13 years, so it took a while. I’m definitely in no rush to give it up. I always knew at a young age that we had to be complete as individuals before bringing someone else into the mix. I used to say this to my girlfriends all of the time., who were soooo boy crazy and couldn’t be without boyfriends. This alone time has helped me to do some serious soul-searching and it has helped me to cut out from my life, that which was not working. I take it one day at a time and accept what GOD brings to me. I don’t go looking for anything. That has proven to be trouble. I bring a lot to the table (of course, I can always use some improvement) and will not involve myself with anyone who is not worthy. This really spoke to me today. I am someone who has always believed in taking breaks after break-ups but I haven't really been completely dedicated to being "successfully single" and truly mastering myself without "waiting" for the next "wonderful" (which never happens) relationship to save me. I am embarking on this journey of self discovery, accepting the past traumas and hurt I've gone through, healing and learning. I am ready to do the work, even go to therapy and just HEAL and find the contentment in God and ultimately in me.

I am now financially ruined because of his poor and betrayed in my finances.during recent lay off. Married for 22 years w a very spiritually and emotionally handicap person. My son has a basket ball scholarship and we are relocating back to NY been in Alabama for 15 years struggling in marriage and ministry. He tried using a religious spirit and witchcraft to keep me in bondage. Finally free in Christ💃🏽

I had to comment on this, about last year in my prayers I was telling God the same words , "Lord if I'm going to be single I want to be successfully single," that was my prayer on numerous occasions, however I didn't have it in the terms that you were teaching on. My thought of successfully single was 10% being content as a single woman and 90% being economically successful I had it backwards. Many times a lot of the videos that I've watched that you've taught where like prophetic confirmations for me , even if they were recorded months prior, I bless God for your yielding to God to teach.
